An AI customs classification and validation platform for freight forwarders and customs brokers. Designed, built and shipped solo in 2026.
Enterprise delivery
Multi-tenant e-commerce for OEM automotive brands
Delivered through Catalyte2018 to present
Multiple consumer storefronts served from a shared codebase with per-tenant configuration across catalogue management, order workflow and customer service tooling. High-throughput catalogue synchronisation between back-office systems and storefronts, holding consistency under continuous update load.

ETL modernisation and release engineering
Delivered through Catalyte2018 to present
Pipelines built in SSIS and Azure Data Factory, and legacy SSIS jobs rewritten as .NET services to retire aging ETL infrastructure. Database authentication migrated to Azure managed identities, taking credential management out of application configuration. Owned branch policies, build and deploy pipelines.

Relational databases and an enterprise data warehouse in Azure supporting high-volume applications and analytics workloads, with ETL integrating multiple heterogeneous sources and reporting consolidating them into real-time operational visibility.

Joined as an engineer on the platform and moved into leading a team of developers across concurrent projects, owning task allocation and delivery accountability. Translated business requirements into technical specifications and produced the estimates that delivery commitments were set against, working directly with sales and service delivery.
