intelligentrics.com is operated by Intelligent Metrics Inc., a corporation registered in Ontario, Canada. Using the site means reading it, downloading the documents on it, or subscribing to the benchmark list. That is the whole surface these terms cover.

The site sells nothing and takes no payment. There is no account to open, no order to place and no subscription to cancel. If you engage Intelligent Metrics Inc. for work, the terms of that engagement are in the signed statement of work, and where the two disagree, the statement of work wins.

This site publishes accuracy measurements. Each one carries the evaluation set it was measured on, the size of that set, the scoring rule, the model and pipeline version, and the date. Read a figure with those attached or do not read it at all.

A benchmark result describes the behaviour of a specific pipeline on a specific set on a specific date. It is not a prediction of accuracy on your documents, your nomenclature or your edge cases. Different data gives different numbers, and the run pages say where the weak slices are.

Nothing on this site is customs, tariff, legal, tax or professional advice. Classification decisions carry regulatory consequences and remain yours. Do not use a figure published here as the basis for a filing.

Figures are corrected when they are found to be wrong. Corrections are noted on the page they affect.

You may read, quote, cite and link to anything published here, and you may forward the PDFs. Quoting a figure means quoting its conditions with it, because a number from this site without its set size, method and date is not the claim that was made.

Text, figures, diagrams, images and code on this site are the property of Intelligent Metrics Inc. or of Edison Sinani, except where a third party is credited. Republishing a page or a substantial part of one, or presenting the work as your own, requires written permission. Logos on the about page belong to their respective owners and appear to describe work history, not to imply endorsement.

The site is published as-is and as-available. It may be changed, moved or taken down at any time, with no notice and no obligation to keep any page at any address.

Links go out to third-party sites, and embedded content loads from Vimeo when you press Play. Those services are run by other people under their own terms and privacy policies. Intelligent Metrics Inc. does not control them and is not responsible for them.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Intelligent Metrics Inc. is not liable for any loss arising from use of this site or reliance on anything published on it, including lost profits, lost data or business interruption.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limits of this kind. Where that is the case, the limit applies as far as it legally can and no further. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply in it. The courts of Ontario have jurisdiction.

Changes are published on this page with a new date at the top. Continued use after a change means the current version applies.
