- A working system with an evaluation harness attached, deployed in your environment, with its accuracy measured. Your team can run the harness after I leave.

- Architecture ownership across your AI work: design review, evaluation strategy, model and vendor decisions, and the compliance posture that has to hold when a customer asks.

- Evaluation before claims. I will show you the set a number was measured on before I quote the number.
- I will tell you when the answer is that you should not build this. It is a real outcome of a discovery sprint.
