My name is Edison Sinani. I am a senior software engineer and have been building professional software for over ten years. I am results oriented, and enjoy a good challenge. Having participated through all stages of software development life cycle, I have hands-on experience through each step from concept to delivery to post deployment support. I have a proven record of delivering great results working with companies of different sizes across different industries like telecommunications, retail, payment processing, health care. Through excellent verbal and written communication skills, and deep understanding of software applications, I am able to effectively communicate with different stakeholders, cross departments, clients and vendors.

I am also an instructor and an author on Pluralsight. I get a great deal of satisfaction seeing younger developers grow by learning the ins and outs of a programming language, combined with my professional experience. That is also a way for me to keep my skills up to date with recent changes. Occasionally, I speak publicly about software and professional development.

Lastly, but equally important, I love hiking, books and chess.
